1. Institutional - Fee Variable - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Institutional membership is open to those institutions that are engaged in the identification, preservation, and use of archival records and have paid the annual membership fee of the Association. An institutional member in good standing shall designate only one representative to vote at all meetings and to be eligible to hold office in the AABC.

2. Institutional Member - Community - $35.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Institutional Community membership includes Indigenous communities or programs, BIPOC community archives, non-profits, and organizations undertaking archival work. An Institutional Community member in good standing shall designate only one representative to vote at all meetings and to be eligible to hold office in the AABC.

3. Individual - $72.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Individual membership is open to individuals who support the objectives of the AABC and/or who are engaged in archival work.

4. Individual - Community - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Individual Community membership is open to Indigenous or BIPOC individuals engaged in archival work.

5. Individual - Retired or unpaid volunteer - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Individual membership for those who are retired or who are working in an unpaid, volunteer capacity in an archive.

6. Individual - Student - $72.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Student membership is open to individuals who are currently registered full-time in a Community College or University program pursuing information degrees to undertake archival work. The student membership fee is an inclusive price for 3 years.

7. Affiliate - $72.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Affiliate membership is open to those organizations that support the constitution of the Association, are engaged in or interested in archival work, and have paid the annual membership fee of the Association. This membership category is non-voting and members are not eligible for advisory services or MemoryBC.

8. Individual - Sustaining member - $96.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Sustaining members are individuals who wish to support the work of the AABC by contributing an annual fee in excess of the standard individual membership fee.
