Workshop details

Join us for the workshop "Records Management 101" where participants will learn about the foundations of records management and how to apply principles and best practices to the creation, storage and use of active and semi-active records in their organization. Topics discussed during the workshop will also include definitions and strategies on how to classify records, using and creating records retention schedules, identifying vital records, and how to create an action plan for records management success!

Participants will be sent training materials (slides and resource documents) before the workshop starts.
